OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
In the case of a long and complex project or one that takes long-term impacts into consideration, it is not always possible, or even desirable, to carry out one or more MVPs and iterate. An Operations Department is then indispensable. In collaboration with the client, VO2 Group is in charge of defining and following a technical roadmap, of involving the business, marketing, creative and technical interlocutors and of ensuring the quality and the adequacy of the product with the client’s needs.

In order to guarantee a good flexibility of intervention and make the most of each methodology in complex projects, our Project Managers are all trained in agile and V cycle methodologies, and in large banking IS projects, Prince2 certified.
As a true conductor, an Operations Director steers the load, the planning, secures the development budget at each stage of the project in consultation with the client. He ensures the contractual follow-up, the quality of the delivery and raises the needs for arbitration at the Steering Committee meeting by making batch estimates if necessary.
